Information prior to the contractual process

The information contained in the www.dena-de.com website has been edited by DENA Distribución Electrónica S.L., from now on DENA, using the public documentation of the products as reference. As such, there may be mistakes in edition, interpretation, data management, drawings, illustrations, specifications, pictures, prices and other product characteristics.

DENA reserves the right to modify the contents of its website and the general terms and conditions in any time and without previous notice, as part of an improvement process or to comply with legal requisites.

Purchase conditions

DENA offers in its website electronic products of different technological areas assuming that the customer is of legal age, has legal capacities and enough knowledge to understand the product characteristics and the drawings, datasheets, etc. that accompany the product.

DENA puts at the customers disposal a technical team to help with issues and orientation when ordering.

Customer registration - New accounts

To order using the DENA website, it is mandatory to register filling out an email address and the password. This data will not be public and the customer is responsable of keeping them confidential. The customer has the ability to change them when needed.

Data protection

In compliance with the 15/1999 organic law of personal data protection, DENA informs its customers that the personal data will be safe guarded under DENA responsibility with the sole objetive of making commercial relationships easier and will never make public or transmit to a third party.

The customer will be able to access, modify, opose and cancel its data via written communication to DENAs address.

Copyright and intellectual property

Content hosted in this website like text, graphics, icons, logotypes or digital downloads are property of DENA or its content providers and is protected by copyright law.

The customer can only use the information contained in this website for visualization and personal use. Partial or total content or service reuse for commercial purposes is forbidden without written consent.


Orders placed in the website will be confirmed via email, if accepted by DENA, having 48 hours to do so since the order was placed. In case of rejection DENA will contact the customer to notify the rejection and manage cash return if applicable.

Once accepted, an order shall not be canceled without approval from both parties. Cancelation costs such as management, shipment or others will be charged to the customer.

The customer will be able to access their orders to check their information via "My account".


Product prices are indicated in Euros and do not include taxes.

DENA reserves the right to changes prices without previous notice before accepting a customers order.

Payment methods

The customer can choose for each order the payment method.

  • Credit card: Via credit card secure gateway.
  • Wire transfer: The customer will have to make a wire transfer to the account indicated in the order and will receive an email when payment is confirmed, taking into account that some entities may take more than 2 days to make the actual wire transfer. If DENA does not receive the payment confirmation in 7 work days, the order will be canceled automatically.

If a customer wants to pay using other methods they will have to provide DENA additional information that may be analyzed by a credit risk agent to warrant the order financing.

Order execution and delivery

Accepted orders will be shipped in the maximum lead time indicated for each reference counting from payment confirmation. Usually, the following lead times are applied:

  • 24/48 hours, for products in stock in DENA warehouses.
  • One week for products that are stocked by our suppliers.
  • The lead time indicated by the manufacturer for unavailable products.

In case of stock depletion, DENA will inform the customer via email of the available quantity and the new lead time. If the customer does not accept the new conditions the order will be canceled and order payments, if previously done, will be returned.

Shipping costs and delivery

Goods are offered free of shipping costs for shipments above 300 Euro for mainland Spain. For lesser amounts or shipments out of mainland Spain, the customer will have to pay the shipping costs. If the customer chooses DENA to arrange the shipment this cost will be added to the invoice.

DENA does not take responsibility under any circunstance for delivery delays, problems with shipment, transit damage or any causes beyond DENAs control.

Goods will be sent to the address provided by the customer from DENAs warehouse or directly from the manufacturers warehouse.

Goods reception

Upon receiving the goods, the customer must check the shipment contents and if not satisfied must indicate so in written form to DENA before 10 days explaining the reasons for non conformity.

DENA will not compensate because of defects in goods or service, except replacement of damaged goods or refund of the price paid for the goods.

Product warranty

All products offered in our site are under commercial warranty from the product manufacturer. Warranty covers damage repair or product replacement because of undocumented design problems in the manufacturer datasheet, material defects or manufacturing defects.

Warranty is nulled when defects are caused by modifications made on the products by the customer, failures resulting from misuse, installation, use or improper maintenance.

DENA commits to help the customer contacting the manufacturer to obtain the maximum benefit from warranty.

Right of withdrawal

The customer will be able to return an order before 7 work days after the goods are received without penalty and reason.

The customer must send an email to dena@dena-de.com or call to our customer support phone +34 944 537 029 during working schedule to apply for an order return.

DENA will study if the order return is applicable and will instruct the customer on the following steps.

Under no circumstance will the customer be able to return products that have been customized by/for they, have preinstalled software or can be reproduced or copied. Opened or used products cannot be returned either.

DENA exigirá al cliente que se haga cargo del coste directo de devolución del producto y deducirá un 15%% del importe de la devolución en concepto de manipulación.

DENA reserves the right to take administrative, civil or criminal action appropriate in each case for impromer use of its website and contents or not complying with these conditions.

The relationship between the user and the provider will be regulated by the current regulations in Spanish territories. Should any dispute rise between both parts, it can be submitted to arbitration or ordinary jurisdiction complying with its respective rules. DENA is located in Vizcaya, Spain.
